Bridge Point North – Waukegan, IL

This site was the former Cardinal Health Corporate Campus. Johler was selected after a rigorous two year bidding process. Johler worked with the client for 15 months to make the property ready for new construction. This project included the demolition of 11 buildings, totaling over one million square feet. Buildings ranged from single story to six stories, 120 ft. being the tallest structure demolished. Johler crushed 120,000 tons of concrete material on site for reuse for the new construction. 8,500 tons of ferrous and non-ferrous materials were recycled and 9,800 tons of demolition debris was hauled to a local recycling facility for further processing.
