Sarah is the President and Co-Owner of Johler Demolition, where she has been actively involved in operations and leadership since 2010. With a background in education and a master’s degree as a Reading Specialist, she brings strong communication and analytical skills to the demands of managing complex demolition projects. She works closely with field and office teams to oversee a range of demolition services, including structural, interior, and concrete removal projects.

Robert Johler, VP of Operations, Co-Owner
Robby Johler, now serving as VP of Operations as well as Co-Owner, brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial demolition, having worked his way up from truck driver to business owner. His background in field operations gives him a practical understanding of materials, labor, and cost, allowing him to plan and manage jobs with precision and efficiency.
